Get up to speed quickly with our Articulate 360 training. Expert tuition on the world’s leading e-learning authoring suite.
This one-day course provides a practical, hands-on introduction to all the components of the Articulate 360 suite, including:
- Articulate Storyline 360
Create and publish highly interactive, media-rich e-learning content in SCORM or Tin Can format, for upload to any compatible LMS. We can only provide a very brief overview of Storyline in this one-day Articulate 360 overview, but we also run specific courses for Storyline.
- Articulate Studio 360
Convert PowePoint presentations to media-rich e-learning presentations. Note: we can provide an overview of Studio, but not in-depth training. The vast majority of our clients opt to use Storyline instead of Studio, so our main expertise and experience is with Storyline.
- Replay 360
Mix screen-recordings with web-cam video to create engaging, personalised video tutorials.
Quickly upload screen recordings to your Articulate 360 account with this “always on-hand” desktop utility.
Create web-page based courses with fully responsive content for display on any device. Rise doesn’t have the highly interactive tools of Storyline, but is a really great tool if you want to quickly create content in a scrollable webpage format, with simple interactivity, and knowledge checks.
- Articulate Review
Publish any of your Articulate 360 content to Articulate Review and share it with your stakeholders for feedback. Review provides great tools for receiving comments and amend requests in context, responding to those requests and marking them as resolved. Beats email trails hands down!
- Content Library
A comprehensive library of templates, illustrated and photographic characters, images, video and icons.
- Articulate Live
Free access to live online training webinars direct from the Articulate team.
If you’re new to Articulate
We can run a full, one-day course on the Articulate 360 suite for you. But it’s likely that you have bought Articulate 360, primarily because you want to use Storyline to create interactive e-learning content and this will be your main focus. Storyline is the feature-packed, shining star of the Articulate 360 suite and if you’re new to it, we would recommend our two-day intermediate level Storyline course to get you from scratch to “ready-to-roll” status. As part of this Articulate 360 training course, we can include a one-hour orientation on the other Articulate 360 components. Or you could sign-up for the free one-hour webinar on Articulate Live, leaving more time to focus on Storyline.
With the exception of Studio, the other components of Articulate 360 are relatively, quick and easy to learn. And if you’re using Storyline, it’s unlikely that you will also be using Studio, as they serve a similar purpose. But frankly, Storyline is much better unless you’re a die-hard PowerPoint user, with a pile of PPT decks you need to convert to e-learning in a hurry.
If you’re upgrading to Articulate 360 from Storyline 2
We could combine this one-day course with a look at the new features in Storyline 360.
We are happy to discuss the options with you and tailor the training to meet your needs. Just get in touch.
- A good working knowledge of the Windows operating (file) system and some previous experience with PowerPoint would be useful.
- Each learner (or pair of learners) will need a PC with a copy of Articulate Storyline installed. The 30-day trial version is fine if you don’t have a license yet.
- A training room with large screen monitor or data projector and wi-fi or internet access.

No-one gets left behind!
Our approach is to support everyone as we work through the Articulate 360 training. No-one gets left behind while we’re building content! But progress can vary depending on the size of the group (larger = slower) and the confidence of attendees at learning new software packages. It often helps if those with less confidence sit next to someone who finds it easier. Or even pair up on one PC and take turns to drive!

At our site or yours
We usually travel to our client’s site to deliver Articulate 360 training. But if you prefer we can run training courses at our offices at The Media Centre, Huddersfield. We can accommodate groups of up to 10 learners in a modern, comfortable, town-centre location within 5 minutes walk from the railway station and parking. We have a great caf-bar on site, free wifi for learners and reception facilities. Additional training room hire charges and catering costs would apply. A quotation can be provided on request.
We look forward to meeting your team!

This course is a comprehensive course allowing the learner to explore Articulate 360's capabilities. It enables you to test the tools available and the workbook guide supports each task you undertake alongside the facilitated learning from Dayn. Dayn was able to accommodate different paces of learning whilst keeping the momentum going. Very informative and will be beneficial for our organisation moving forward.
Thanks Mary Anne. Glad you found it useful.
A group (which varied each day) from SDS attended the 3 day course - 1 day Articulate 360 and 2 days Storyline 3. We all found it very informative and at a good pace for everyone. The exercises in building a module was very good at allowing us to practice using all or most of the interactions and functionality. Dayn was excellent and answered all of out questions and queries. He also gave further insight into e-learning design and development and provided useful guidance in where to find other resources and tools. I'd thoroughly recommend Dayn and thanks also for engaging with our Glasgow humour and stories.
Many thanks Andy. Glad you all found it useful and thanks again for your hospitality whilst in Glasgow. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit!
Very informative - learned a lot! Dayn even came back after the training with a solution I had! Great course!
Thanks Jordon. My pleasure.
