We supply a published module in your chosen LMS compatible format (e.g SCORM1.2, SCORM 2004, TinCan) pre-configured and ready to upload to your LMS.

Working from the content you supply as a starting point, we design an engaging, interactive e-learning experience, in consultation with your subject matter expert. First we establish and agree the learning objectives, target audience, user device types and any other delivery factors.  We then storyboard the content and produce a limited demo, which we ask you to sign-off before we continue to build a first full draft. Your content can be existing Word or Powerpoint documents, or anything else you may have in digital format.

If you have in-house instructional designers who can supply final content, storyboard and design notes, we can reduce our costs accordingly.

You supply us with your logo and corporate branding guidelines. We put forward designs/layouts for your approval.

Naturally, each learner will progress through the e-learning at their own rate, so this is indicative only. We believe that this is an ideal module size for a learner to complete in one sitting at a time that suits them. Typically, we have found that this equates to a voiceover script of around 2,000 words.

Voiceover synchronised to key on-screen text content, generated with Storyline’s in-built text-to-speech generator (uses natural lifelike Amazon Polly voices). Easy to amend for future amends.

In this core package we allow for up to 5 interactive activities. These could be for example; drag & drop sorting/matching; click-to-find activities; spot questions, slider interactions etc. And we can always add more, if we feel it’s needed – see options below.

We source content images from the 123rf.com stock image library and license them in your organisation’s name. Or if you already have a subscription to a stock image library, we can use that and reduce our costs accordingly. You can also supply your own subject specific images if you have them.

We build in a final 10 question quiz, the results of which can be reported to your LMS if required. Need a pre-test, more questions, or perhaps a question bank? See below for options.

After final sign-off, we supply the Storyline project files for you to update in-house should you wish. These are your copyright – we retain no IPR in the content, but we do reserve the right to use interactivity and presentation formats that we create as part of the work in other projects.

£3,750 + VAT

As an alternative to the Amazon Polly voices included with Storyline, we can use the excellent Google Cloud Wavenet voices. Additional cost for a 2,000 word script: £500 + VAT.

As an alternative to the Amazon Alexa voices included with Storyline, we can source a professional voiceover artist, as for example in this module for UNISON and this module for the Labour PartyAdditional cost for a 2,000 word script: from £1,000 + VAT subject to choice of artist.

We are happy to take voiceover files recorded in-house by your own staff, from a final script that we supply. There would be no additional costs for this.

If an illustrated style of presentation suits your e-learning more than stock imagery, we can provide an illustration service. Costs would depend on the required style. Contact us for a quotation. Example module for UNISON.

If you have existing video content that would enhance the learning experience, we can incorporate this at no extra cost. If you need new video producing, we have trusted third party specialists who can help. Contact us for a quotation.

Articulate Storyline content has options to create highly accessible content for disabled users. These include compatibility with common screen readers, keyboard navigation and shortcuts, closed captions for audio, browser zoom feature, accessible text for compatibility with dyslexia and visually impaired assistance tools like Helperbird, amongst others. More details here.
